A Hennepin County jury awarded $1.1 million in damages to a Minnesota couple who conceived a healthy child after a failed vasectomy from a Twin Cities based clinic.
The jury had to determine the monetary award for the cost to raise a child as well as the emotional and physical pain from pregnancy and delivery of a baby.
